Cleaned maidha flour- 1 ½ tumblers; sugar-1 tumbler; ghee and milk- each 4 tsp; curd-2 tsp; baking powder- ½ tsp; cardamom and saffron- a little; lemon juice- a few drops and oil.
Mix maidha flour, baking powder, milk, curd, ghee and half tsp sugar and make it as a dove. Put a tawa on the stove, add the remaining sugar and half tumbler water and prepare sugar syrup. Add saffron, cardamom and lemon juice.
Make small balls out of the maidha flour –mix. Keep a tawa on the stove and add oil in it in a medium flame. Fry all the maiha balls and put them in a medium heat in the sugar-syrup. Keep them in the syrup for 15 minutes .
Tasty Badhusha is ready .
