Sugar-3/4 kg; ghee- 400 gram; maidha and gram flour- each 200 gram; coconut- 1; cardamom -5.
Extract milk from the coconut by scrapping and grinding. Make a solution by mixing the cleaned gram flour and maidha flour in the coconut milk and add ghee and sugar with the solution and keep it on the stove. Stir it and maintain that it does not stick on to the bottom. After the solution becomes thicker, add ghee with it when the solution becomes non-sticky to the bottom of the vessel, switch off the stove and transfer it to the ghee pasted plate, spread it and make it into pieces after it is cooled down.
