CASHEW JELLI- RECIPE

CASHEW JELLI- RECIPE:

cashew jelli

Ingredients:

Corn flour-2 tumblers; sugar-1 ½ tumblers; cashew-10; ghee-3 tsp; cardamom powder- 2 tsp; kasseri powder for color;.

Method:

In a broad vessel, keep corn flour, sugar, kesari powder, cardamom powder and 2 tumblers of water, and mix all. Pour this in the pan and stir, without stopping. After it becomes like jelly, spread cardamom powder and switch off.   Pour it in a plate in which ghee is applied and make it into pieces  and decorate with cashews.
