COCONUT MILK MASALA- RECIPE:
Brinjal-1/4 kilo; big onion-3; green chilli-2; coconut milk- ¼ tumbler;mustard-1/2 tsp; coriander leaves. Oil and salt.
Pepper- 3 tsp; garlic-5; cumin seeds-1 tsp;
Clean the brinjal and cut them in lengthwise. Chop the onions and the chillis nicely. Grind the things for grinding.
Pour oil in the pan and fry the mustard and the coriander leaves and sauté the onion, green chilli, brinjal and salt. Add the ground paste and half tumbler water and allow it to boil. Add the coconut milk with it . After the solution becomes gravy, stop cooking after adding coriander leaves.
