Red rice-1 cup; milk-1 liter sugar 1and 1/2 cup; cardamom and cashew nuts.
Method of Preparation:
Cook the rice in the pressure cooker with three measures of water. After it is cooked, grind it in the Mixi, adding milk with it. Then put the rest of the milk in a copper-bottomed vessel in the stove and add the ground rice with the milk and continue mixing it up. After it started boiling, add sugar, cashew and the cardamom. After three boiling, switch off the stove. Now the red rice gheer is ready. This gheer will be colorful and tasty.
This gheer is not only tasty but also nutritious. You can have it hot. You can also keep it in the fridge and spray the grated Badham and Bistha on it and drink it cool.
