FAST FOOD IS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH:
Adding so many chemical products and salt in excess quantity preserved food in which the carbohydrate products are rich, cooked quickly is known as ‘fast food’. Likely, cool drinks in which air is filled up have excessive sugar. It is not that if we take these foods once, we will have disease. But if we take these foods daily, only the carbohydrate foods convert into fat and we have obesity. Further excessive salt and sugar increases the blood pressure. As it does not give balanced food, it gives many diseases due to deficiency of energy.
Many people think that ‘beetsha’ and ‘noodles’ are fast foods. In North India, ‘Noodles’ are commonly used. So, there is no problem in the noodles. But it is important to note whether ‘noodles’ are made out of carbohydrates or made of grains, containing ‘fibers’.
