GREEN TEA BAKED YOGURT WITH GRANOLA BAR:
Ingredients for baked yogurt:
Fresh cream-1 cup; condensed milk-1 cup; set yogurt-1 cup; green tea- 1 tablespoon;
Honey- ¼ cup; sugar-2 tablespoon; butter-2 tablespoon; sesame seeds-half cup; pumpkin seeds- quarter cup; oats-quarter cup; cashew nuts-quarter cup.
Mix fresh cream, condensed milk and yogurt in a bowl. Boil green tea with three teaspoons of water. Strain the water and mix it with yogurt mixture. Preheat the oven at 160*C. Pour the mixture in a serving bowl and bake using a double boiling method. For granola, boil butter, sugar and honey and mix all the dry ingredients in it. Sheet it and bake at 180*C for 8 to 10 minutes. For presentation, crumble the granola and spread it on top of the yogurt and serve.
