GROUNDNUT GREEZEPEAS- RECIPE::
Whole groundnuts duly fried-200 gm; gram flour- 50 gm; corn flour- 3 tsp; rice flour- 3 tsp; chilli powder- 1 tsp; asafetida- as required; oil- as required.
Mix the groundnut, gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, salt and asafetida with a little water so that the mixture is formed as loose bends. Then pour oil in the pan and heat. In the hot oil, put the mixture in the form of loose blends. Take it out after the mixture is duly fried red. This is good for children’s health.
