MASHROOM SOUP- RECIPE:
Mushroom- 300 gram; milk- 2tumblars; green peas; cooked corn each1/4 tumbler, garlic-2; ; onion-1/2;butter- 3 tsp; cleaned maitha flour- 2 tsp; chilli powder- ½ tsp; pepper powder- ¼ tsp and salt.
Wash the mushroom and cut it after drying, into small pieces. Put a little butter in the pan, and add garlic cut into small pieces and sauté. Add chopped onion and sauté. Then put the chopped mushroom with green peas, corn, chilli powder, and salt. After it is cooked to the normal level, keep it separately. In another pan, put butter and after it is heated, add maitha flour and sauté well. Add milk after it is boiled. At that time add the mushroom with it and mix. Then add pepper powder and salt. Now tasty mushroom soup is ready.
