IS THE MEMORY POWER AFFECTED, IF WE STUDY THE WHOLE NIGHT, WITHOUT SLEEP?
Some feel it convenient to study at night. Some feel it very easy to understand, if they study early in the morning. One has to decide when to study according to their mind and body. But one has to have adequate sleep, whatever may be the time of study. Spending sleepless nights and watching T.V while studying along with sending SMS through mobile phones, cause mental tiredness and loss of memory.
Due to loss of sleep, the measure of chemicals will increase in the blood and memory will decrease. Loss of sleep has the capacity to affect the body and mind at a time. Thus it is not the problem, when we study, when we sleep and when we get up But, it is suitable for memory, to sleep at particular time and study after taking rest.
