Milk-1 liter; sugar-1 tumblar; lemon-1.
Boil the milk. When the milk is hot, add lemon juice. Paneer will come out of it. Drain it in a clean white cloth. Squeeze the drained paneer, mix nicely and make small balls. Take add sugar with 2 tumblers of water in a vessel and boil it. Put the paneer balls in it. Allow it to boil in medium heat. The balls will enlarge. Then switch off. After 10 minutes, the paneer balls are ready to be served as ‘Rasagulla’.
Milk-1 liter; sugar 3 tumblers; scrapped almonds-4 tsp.
Boil the milk in a copper-bottomed vessel until the milk shrinks by half. When it comes thick, mix scrapped almonds and sugar and switch off.
