Mushroom-1/2 kg; rice flour, Maida flour and corn flour, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice- each I tsp; chilli powder and garam masala powder- each ½ tsp; turmeric powder- ¼ tsp; onion sheet, oil and salt.
Wash and clean the mushroom and chop it. Add corn flour, rice flour, ginger –garlic paste, chilli powder, gara masala powder and lemon juice, mix all the ingredients by adding a little water and allow the mixture to soak for 15 minutes. ; Then keep a pan in the stove, pour oil and heat. Put the mushroom one by one in the oil and fry them. Spread the chopped onion sheet and serve. Fried mushroom is ready.
