NUTS BAROTTA- RECIPE:
Sieved wheat flour- 1 tumbler; scrapped chocolate-1/4 tumbler; scrapped badham. pistha and cashew a little; ghee and salt- as required.
Mix scrapped badham, pistha and the wheat flour. Add water and salt with the wheat flour and mix and kneed well. Then make it into small balls and rub it like chappathi. Spread the mixture of scrapped chocolate in the middle of chapatti and close it and then rub. Heat the dhosa tawa and put the barottas . Add ghee around the barottas and allow them to be cooked. Now nuts barottas are ready.
