Those who have health problems especially stomach problems should take oil foods in less quantity. Oil foods cause heart-irritation and hence those who have the problem of Gerd- Gastroesophagal Reflex Disorder i.e heart –irritation should avoid oil foods.
We should have good cholesterol known as HDL more in our body and the bad cholesterol known as LDL less in our body. Good cholesterol is available in the sunflower oil and in the fish-liver oil. Our body requires all kinds of oils. All kinds of oils like jingly oil, coconut oil which is without any mixing is good for health. But we should take all the oils without exceeding the limit.
When you use the used –up oil transphate increases in the body. By this bad cholesterols increases and the good cholesterol decreases. As bad cholesterol increases, heart diseases come. Further when the oils are boiled at a high temperature, the cancer cells known as ‘carcinogen’ increases. So avoid boiling the oils again.
