OLD AGE AND THE DISEASES:
this is a period in which, the old people expect the love and affection of the family members. When it os not available, mind will be affected and many health problems will arise. Diminishing of eye-sight , deafness, sleeplessness, passing of urine very often, constipation, tiredness shivering in the legs and hands are the health problems. Apart from these problems, if he suffers from, high blood pressure aa=nd diabetics, many diseases may attack.
Dementia, which is a disease of loss of memory, Parkinson, which is a disease of shivering, cancer, non controlling of urine, osteoporosis, swelling in the prostate for the male members are the old-age diseases.
The thought that exercises are not necessary for the old age is not correct. Daily exercises and walking are necessary. These will drive away stress and sleeplessness at nights.
You should eat all kinds of vegetables and greens and fiber products are to be taken. Food should be taken thrice a day. By this, you can prevent body- weight, heart diseases, and osteoporosis tupe-2 diabetics. Vaccines can be taken to prevent small pox, rubella, flu, pneumonia, jaundice, tetanus, throat- blackness and coughs. Tests should be undertaken once in 6 months for the organs like eyes, kidneys liver, heart and ears.
Nails in the legs and hands should be cut for the old people, as and when it is necessary. Otherwise, infection will come in between the fingers. Diabetic patients should be careful to avoid any injuries in the body.
