OXIDANTS IN THE BODY:
Due to the actions taken place within the cells, the cell loses one electron. So, the cell is left alone. We call it as ‘oxidant’.
We cannot avoid creation of ‘oxidants’. Because, when we breathe, due to the catabolism taking place in the body and due to the actions of the ‘immunity’ in the body, ‘oxidants’ are created naturally. If they are not set right, problems like aging in the young age itself, cancer and many other problems will affect. So, antioxidants are necessary for the body.
How the body will get them? Petacarotin, likobin, Vitamins A, C, E and minerals like zinc and ‘sevilinium’ contain more antioxidants. Petacarotine is richly available in broccoli, cabbage cauliflower, carrot and Indian corns, mangoes, sweet potato, greens, and tomato. Vitamin- C is available in orange, lemon, musambi kamala orange, broccoli and gooseberry vitamin- C is available in papaya, ash guard sunflower-seeds and spinach minerals like zinc and sevilinium are available in the nuts like almonds, pista cashew walnut. Antioxidants are available in garlic, onion, ginger, dry ginger, pepper, cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, olive oil, coconut oil, green tea, millets, grapes, pomegranate and pine apple.
