Wheat flour-1 tumbler; scrapped paneer- ½ tumbler; green chilli-1; dhania powder, ‘chat’ masala powder, cumin seed powder, garam masala powder,- each ½ spoon; oil and salt.
Add water with the wheat flour mix it and make it as a dove. Close the dove and keep it separately for half an hour. Add salt, dhania powder, cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder ‘cha’t masala powder with paneer and chopped green chilli and sauté all in a pan. This is the content to be inside the parotta.
Make small balls out of the dove of the wheat flour. Take one ball and make it as a cup and keep the paneer and added ingredients inside the cup. Close it and make thick parotta out of it. Keep a dhosa- tawa on the stove and heat it. Put parottas one by one on the tawa , turn both sides and make parottas.
