PEAS PANEER PULAV:
Basumati rice-1 tumbler; mixture of carrot, beans, peas – 1 tumbler; paneer pieces- 10; butter, lemon juice each 1 tsp; ginger-garlic paste- 1 tsp; big onion-1; mint leaves and coriander leaves dhania powder- ½ tsp; cinnamon, clove cardamom, oil and salt.
Boil the butter in the cooker, add cinnamon and clove and fry them. Along with that, add ginger- garlic paste and sauté. Spread salt, dhania powder and add rice in the cooker with two times of water and switch off after three whistles. Pour oil in the pan add paneer pieces and fry them. Open the cooker after the sound is stopped; add lemon juice, paneer pieces and coriander leaves. Now the pulav is ready.
