PINEAPPLE PULICHCHERRY- RECIPE:
Chop pineapple pieces. Boil 2 red chilies and ½ tsp of turmeric powder, chili powder, ¼ tsp of pepper powder and 1 tsp of sugar. Grind 3 green chilies, 1 cup of scrapped coconut, and ½ tsp of cumin seeds nicely. Add required salt. After the pineapple is cooked, add this ground mixture. Stir it in low flame. Add cucumber and beetroot duly chopped. Also add curd and coriander leaves .
