BREAD -CURD VADA- RECIPE:
Bread pieces-5; curd- 1 tumbler; milk- a little; scrapped carrot, coriander leaves and salt.
After cutting the edges of the bread pieces, grind them in a mixi. Mix a little milk and make it as a paste. Make them into small balls and then make them as vadas. Add coriander leaves, and scrapped carrot and salt. Pour it on the vadas and then serve.
This can be taken by all people of all ages, as they are oil- free. These are enriched with Vitamin-A nad Calcium.
