RAGI BAKODA-RECIPE:

கேழ்வரகு பக்கோடா

Ingredients:

Ragi flour, peanuts- each 1 tumbler; garlic-1; rice flour-2 tsp; chili powder, oil and salt.

Method:

Peel off the skin of the garlic and grind. Mix all the ingredients i.e. garlic paste, chili powder, ragi flour and rice flour, peanuts, and salt with water. Pour oil in the pan and put the mixture little by little in the hot oil and take them out, after fried up. Ragi bakoda is ready.
