READY MIX VARIETIES- RECIPES:
Boiled rice-2 tumblers; toor dal, Bengal gram and raw rice-1 tumbler each; moong dal and urid dal- 4 tsps each; curry leaves- a handful; asafetida powder.
Fry the curry leaves in the empty tawa. Grind all the ingredients in the mixi like rava and preserve it in a vessel without allowing the air going inside. At the required time, add chopped onios , salt and water with the flour and soak it for 10 minutes. Now you can prepare adai.
Moong dal and sugar- 1 kilo each; cardamom-10.
Fry the moong dal and the cardamom in the tawa after it is dried up, grind it with sugar in the flour machine . at the required time, take 1 tumblar and add hot ghee of 1 tsp and cashews and make it into laddus.
