CABBAGE VADAI:

CABBAGE VADAI

Ingredients:

Split Bengal gram- 250gms;  chopped Cabbage- 200 gm; onion -1(bigger); green chilly- 4; ginger- a small piece; curry leaves and coriander leaves ; salt and oil – as required..

Preparation:

Soak the Bengal gram in water for half an hour and then grind it in semi.  Add the chopped cabbage, chopped onion and chilly. Also add chopped ginger and the curry leaves and the coriander leaves. Add salt with the flour. Put a tawa on the stove. Pour oil in it. Then make small balls out of the flour. Put the ball on your palm and press it slightly. Put all the vadas now, in the oil this is in the required heat. Like this, fry all the vadas. This cabbage vadas will be tasty and will be a good snacks for the evening.
