PAPAYA KUZI PANIYARAM:
Flour for aappam-1 cup; papaya paste-1 cup; powdered jiggery-1 cup; scrapped coconut- 4 tsp; cardamom powder- a little; ghee- as required.
Grind the aapam-flour, papaya paste, jiggery and scrapped coconut. Pour ghee in the kuzi paniyaara tawa, pour the ground paste and turn both the sides and take them out. Now the papaya kuzi paniyaram is ready. Children like it .
Milk-1/2 litter; vermicelli, sugar-each 1 tumbler; scrapped almond and cashew- each 2 tsp; ghee- 1 tsp.
In a thick bottomed vessel, fry vermicelli and keep separately. Then take 2 tumblers of water in the vessel and allow it to boil. Add vermicelli in it and allow it to be cooked. Add scrapped almonds and cashews, jiggery and milk and allow it to boil till it measures half. Keep it in the fridge and drink after tis chilled it as a tasty drink.
