SAGO CUTLET RECIPE- :
Sago-1 tumbler; small onions-10; chilli, garlic cloves- 4 each; bread pieces-2; masala powder-1 tsp; coriander leaves, oil and salt.
Pour water in the sago and allow it to remain till it can be mixed ed as a flour. Pour oil in the pan , heat it , sauté with chopped onion, green chilli , and mix all with sago flour, masala powder mash the garlic cloves and add with it. Shake the bread and add. Mix it after adding coriander leaves. Make small balls out of this mixture and make the balls into vadas and put on a dosa tawa and turn it on both the sides . Now sago- cutlet is ready.
