SPROUT GREENDAL MASALVADAI:
Green gram, Bengal gram; cowpeas- all sprouted in 1 tumbler; onion-1; green chilli-3; skin removed ginger; coriander leaves; aniseeds; oil and salt.
Chop the onion and the chillies nicely. Add ginger and aniseeds with the sprouted dals and grind them thickly without adding water. Mix chopped onions and green chillies with the sprouted dal paste. Heat the oil in the pan and make the paste as small vadas .
