SWEETCORN CHEESE NUGGETS – RECIPE:
Boiled sweet corn pearls- 1 tumbler; Corn makkkac flour- 4 tsp; potato-1 breadcrumbs, cheese scraps and sieved maidha each ¼ tumblers; chili powder – 1 tsp; oil and salt.
Grind the sweet corn pearls in the mixi without adding water. Boil the potato, remove the skin and mash them. . Put the ground flour and the mashed potato and salt and mix together
Then make the paste into small balls. In a broad add bread grums and maidha flour and invert the balls on it. Boil oil in the pan and fry the balls in the hot oil. Serve with sauce.
