COCONUT MILK RASAM- RECIPE

COCONUT MILK RASAM

Required Ingredients:

Coconut milk-1 cup;  cooked water of tur dal- 1 cup; tomato, green chili, and dry chili- each one; mustard, cumin seeds, garlic, pepper and coconut oil -a little; curry leaves, coriander leaves, asafetida powder and salt – as required .

Method:

After the oil is heated in the pan, season the mustard and curry leaves.  Cut the dry chili, garlic and the green chili and add with it. Also add cumin seeds and pepper powder and cut tomatoes.

After that,  add the cooked water of tur  dal , asafetida powder salt and the chopped coriander leaves. After this mixture is boiled , add coconut milk .

Now tasty ‘coconut milk rasam’ is ready.  This can be eaten with rice.
