  • WEARING MORE THAN TWO MASKS PREVENT INFECTION OF COVID-19:  this is not true. Mask helps to avoid spreading of Covid-19 to others by cough and sneezing. it is enough if you wear KN/N95/FFP2/3   masks, as there many  layers.
  • MAKING PROMISES INCREASE MENTAL STRENTH: this is true. When you make emotional promises, message sent to the brain expresses the struggle of life or death. Thus mind and the body are getting ready for that. This situation is only temporary. While promising like this, body bears the pain and gets ready to conquer the challenges. Researchers tell that if promises are made very often, the capacity to bear the pain in the body will decrease.
