sub: non-credit of Rs. 763/. Sent by me on 10.7.2022 for getting internet- connection, to my JIO no 8637404642.

I sent for getting recharge of my jio  account no noted above for getting

Network’ connection, on 10.7.2022.  But idid not get it. Your authorities informed that you did not get the amount for recharge. Then, again I sent the amount and got it.

As per your advice, I approached the manager, canara bank about the fate of my ‘money’ sent on 10.7.2022 , by ‘net banking’ of canara bank.

The manager advised me to approach the ‘merchant’, as their transaction was successful. A copy of the reply sent by them is furnished below.

Kindly arrange to refund the amount of Rs. 763/- early.

Kindly also advise me if there is any other ‘email id’ for me to complain about this.
