PEARL MILLET AND FENUGREEK LEAVES    DHOSA- RECIPE

FENUGREEK LEAVE DOSA

REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:

Pearl millet powder-100gm; wheat powder-100gm; chopped fenugreek leaves – 1 cup; cumin seeds, mica, curd, chili powder- a little; salt, water, oil and butter as required

Method:

Stir the pearl millet powder, wheat powder, cumin seeds, mica, salt, chili powder curd and chopped fenugreek leaves. Add required water  and soak it for for 1 hour.  Then make it as chappatis and prepare them as chappatis it in a dosa-tawa .

After that apply butter on them. Now pearl millet and fenugreek  dosa is ready.
