SNAKE GOURD VADA:

SNAKE GOURD VADA

Required Ingredients:

Snake guard-1; toor dal- 100gm; Bengal garam-100gm;  red chilli-4; turmeric powder, anise; salt, oil and water –as required.

Method:

Soak tur dal and Bengal gram for 2 hours, and grind coarsely with anise and dry chili and salt. Cut the snake gourd in to small pieces and mix with salt and turmeric powder.  Then grind the mixture and make it as vadas and fry them. Now the tasty snake gourd vadas are ready.
