Yoga improves health. It co-ordinates body and mind and helps the body to have strength.

PRECAUTIONS FOR DOING YOGA:

  • Places where you do yoga should be clean and have good ventilation and a peaceful location.
  • Before doing yoga, you should complete cleaning of teeth and defecation.
  • You should sit on a yoga mat clean carpet or Rabat and do yoga.
  • It would be convenient to do yoga, if you wear loose dresses. Further the innerwear should be tight and in the correct size.
  • Yoga should not be done speedily. You should avoid doing yoga compulsorily, when you are so tired.
  • During menstrual cycle and delivery time, women should consult yoga doctor, before doing yoga.

THINGS TO DO, AFTER DOING YOGA:

  •  You should take bath only after half an hour after doing yoga.
  • You can take food and drink water, only after half an hour after doing yoga.
  • Yoga helps to solve problems like blood pressure, diabetic, breathing trouble and obesity.
  • Yoga reduces accentuation stress, depression, hormone problems of women, worries and stress.
  • Yoga helps to solve menstrual problems of women.
